Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full training cycle, from needs analysis to evaluation.
* Design, coordinate, and deliver programs such as onboarding, leadership, customer service, compliance, and skills development.
* Oversee HRDC-claimable courses and ensure compliance with claim procedures.
* Track training attendance, results, and ROI; prepare management reports.
* Work with department heads to align training with business goals.
* Coordinate internal and external trainers for quality delivery.
* Organize employee engagement activities to promote teamwork.
* Support HR functions including recruitment, planning, employee and industrial relations.
* Manage performance processes: goal setting, appraisals, and improvement plans.
* Maintain HR policies in line with laws and company standards.
* Ensure accurate HR records and data in HRIS.
* Drive initiatives to boost engagement, retention, and effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelors in HR, Business, or related field.
* Experience in HR and training program management.
* Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and HRDC processes.
* Skilled in facilitation, presentation, and coaching.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
* Proficient in recruitment techniques, HRIS, and Microsoft Office.
