Working Days: Monday – Friday | Saturday (Half Day)
Working Hours:
- Weekdays: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,000 + Commission + Allowance
Location: 15-2, Jalan Eco Majestic 9/1C, 43500 Semenyih, Selangor
1) Assist in booking flight tickets for clients traveling for Umrah, ensuring flights align with their preferences and schedule
2) Issue and reissue tickets, handle changes to bookings, cancellations, and process refunds
3) Verify booking details including flight schedules, class, and fare before ticket issuance
4) Respond to customer inquiries about flights, prices, and ticketing matters professionally
5) Provide timely support to clients facing issues with tickets or travel plans
6) Notify clients about flight changes, cancellations, or delays in a clear and helpful manner
7) Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client information
8) Support clients with travel-related documents, including for visa applications
9) Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth ticketing operations
10) Assist in handling complaints or issues related to ticketing and flight arrangements
Requirements / Preferred Qualifications
1) Diploma or relevant certification in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is an advantage
2) Experience in ticketing or travel agency is preferred but not required (training will be provided)
3) Good communication skills and customer service mindset
4) Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
5) Familiarity with airline systems or ticketing platforms is a plus
6) Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7) Willing to learn and grow within the company
