Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and manage domestic and international tour packages.
- Coordinate with local and international suppliers (hotels, transport, guides, etc.).
- Handle bookings, confirmations, and amendments for tours.
- Prepare tour itineraries, costings, and final confirmations for clients.
- Ensure all tours run smoothly and resolve any issues during operations.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, client feedback, and travel documents.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to promote tour packages.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in operations, business development, or sales is preferred.
