Salary: Basic Salary + High Commission + Monthly Incentives
About the Role:
Comfori Sdn Bhd is a leading training provider in Malaysia, offering professional development courses to corporate clients. We are seeking dynamic and persuasive individuals to join our Telemarketing Sales team. If you are driven, enjoy talking to people, and love achieving targets, we want you on board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to introduce and promote corporate training programs
- Present program benefits clearly and confidently to prospective clients
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Update and manage client database accurately
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in speaking over the phone
- Interest in sales, marketing, and client engagement
- Experience in telesales or customer service is a plus (training will be provided)
