About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance via phone calls, emails, and social media platforms. Your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries efficiently and accurately, while upholding the values of our pharmaceutical brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, orders, delivery, and company policies
- Handle complaints and resolve issues effectively, escalating when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns
- Monitor and manage social media channels for customer questions and feedback
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and company guidelines
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Comfortable using customer service software, email, and social media platforms
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
