What You’ll Do:
- Support users with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Troubleshoot technical issues via phone, email, or chat
- Deliver clear, friendly solutions and escalate when needed
What You Need:
- Degree in IT or related field
- Strong interest in tech support
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
