Minimum Job Requirements:
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 4 years in a senior delivery role.
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale multifaceted technology projects with focus on networking and/or security
- Experience in delivering large scale_ contract refresh or renegotiation_
- Successful in managing contributions from support functions essential to program delivery (Legal, Regulatory, Risk, Contract Management, Vendor Management, and the like)
- Experience in developing a program Business Case, navigating the program financials and communicating the same to stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with and exposure to IT lifecycle management, asset management, and enterprise IT environments.
Required Skills:
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong general and project management skills such as planning, analytical and problem-solving, attention to detail, and able to deliver (and deliver through others) independently under minimum supervision.
- Good knowledge of tools and techniques for effective program management
- Capable of managing third-party vendors and remote contributors.
Advantageous Education, Experience or Skills:
- Postgraduate qualification(s)
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and service transition.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project)
- Project and /or programme management certifications such as PRINCE2®, PMP®, AgilePM®, backed up by a track record of successful application of at least one of these.

Pay: RM5,553.43 - RM17,000.00 per month
