RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with departments for further assessments
- Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate hiring records
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and job ad portal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
