Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, preparing salary proposals, making an offering to candidates, and as a presenter onboarding new employee.
- In charge of hiring for the Sales Department and Internship students.
- Work closely with the hiring manager to determine recruitment and job requirements and identify staffing needs.
- Coordinate and participate in panel interviews. Provide guidelines and support to the hiring manager throughout the selection process, and including making recommendations.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms, LinkedIn, and recruitment email)
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and keep them informed about the status of applications or interviews.
- Manage candidate expectations and address any concerns or questions.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Work closely with BAuto Training School for the Apprentice Program, and be a panel during the interview session.
- Prepare documentation for our Apprentice Program (e.g. medical letter, Letter of Scholarship, and Agreement)
- In charge of compiling new employee details, preparing the listing, and sending it to Mi Care and Insurance for medical coverage purposes.
- Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities to promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the Recruitment tracking database.
- Work with the Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead or participate in addressing current recruitment initiatives.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Prepare Payment Requisition for career events and recruitment activities.
Requirement/Skills
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
