Job Description:
- Align with leads on daily demands prioritization
- CV assessment.
- Clarification with agency, cdd, HM.
- Send a qualified CV to HM and RT.
- Backfill int scheduling if required.
- Chase for internal feedback and flag ambiguous feedback.
- Reassess failed profiles for another suitable demand.
- Weekly cadence with Agency, TA, Practices.
- Attend the daily cadence call.
- Update all trackers/agencies of int status/outcome.
- Validate hiring details.
- Priority on scheduling of interviews.
- Profile assessments/validation and screening.
- Chase for instant feedback.
- Weekly cadence with Agency, TA, and Practices.
- Attend client daily cadence.
- Update all trackers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Experience:
