Responsibilities (Obligation to ensure that the action is taken):
- Perform and/or assist jobs/surveys/inspections/sampling/witnessing as assigned by Operation Executive/Project Manager
- Update Operation Executive/Project Manager on regular basis on status of work before, during and after.
- To provide full assistance to Operation Executive/Project Manager in resolving issues/customers’ complaints.
- To ensure no delay in attending work and be present at work place, terminal and ship at all times.
- To ensure that mobile phone is contactable 24 hours a day and to answer all calls received promptly.
- To carry out investigation on loss/gain/contamination etc when required.
- To collect all necessary supporting documents from vessel/terminal/work place.
- Operate the Company’s Business Management QHSSE System (ISO9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001 and ISO 17020).
- To always follow and comply with QHSSE SOP or instruction at all times.
- To report any unsafe act, unsafe condition, near miss and incident to QHSE Department as soon as possible (within 24 hours)
- To practice STOP WORK AUTHORITY is there is a NECESSITY to do it and report immediately to Director.
- Perform any other related duties that the Company may assign from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least SPM/Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience
- Possess driving license and preferably with own transport
