Possess Degree in Quantity Surveyor is a must
Minimum 2~3 years of working experience
Able to communicate in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is a must* to deal with Mandarin speaking clients from China/Hong Kong.
Positive working attitude/discipline. aggressive and proactive.

#Updateand submit details and information such as taking-off, ESTIMATION, etc
#Toassist to Contract Dept. to monitor the execution of cost plan and project budget.
