The Land Surveyor is responsible for establishing accurate control points, gridlines, and Temporary Benchmarks (TBMs) to support construction activities. The role includes coordinating joint surveys with the client’s surveyor to verify ground levels before starting earthworks. The surveyor prepares earthwork and roadwork cross-sections, sets out structural and civil features, and ensures alignment with design drawings. Routine site checks and as-built surveys are performed to monitor work accuracy. All survey records are maintained, with regular updates and reports provided to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.

- Ensure all setting out is in accordance with construction drawings, specifications, and tolerances.
5.Monitor and Verify Site Works
- Perform routine surveys to check ongoing work against design levels and positions.
- Provide as-built data and survey verification to support project quality control and progress reporting.
6.Documentation and Reporting
