- Have at the minimum a Diploma or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics from a recognized institution
- At least 1 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Shall be able to prepare annual budgets, financial statements, cash flow projections, measurement of works in accordance to a standard method of measurement, the establishment of rates from first principle (labour/ plant/ materials)
- Shall possess excellent communication and supervisory skills
