Position: Supply Chain Manager
Location: Kulim, Kedah
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Industry: Semiconductor
Reports to: General Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Quality Control, and Sales to align production schedules with supply requirements.
- Lead and manage logistics, inventory control, procurement, and supplier relationships.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements in the supply chain function.
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies to meet company objectives.
- Ensure timely and efficient processing of purchase orders, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
- Conduct regular supply chain performance reviews, focusing on efficiency, cost, and quality metrics.
- Handle vendor negotiations and resolve any issues related to suppliers and inventory.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the semiconductor sector.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory management, procurement, and vendor relations.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM22,500.00 per month
