Position: General Manager
Location: Kulim, Kedah
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Industry: Semiconductor
Reports to: CEO / Managing Director
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall operations, ensuring efficient business practices and achievement of financial objectives.
- Formulate strategic business plans and coordinate the execution of organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to strengthen the company’s market position.
- Monitor the company’s financial performance, budgeting, and cost-control measures.
- Provide leadership and guidance to senior managers and employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards, and maintain an awareness of market trends and competition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of senior management experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies, manage budgets, and lead cross-functional teams.

Pay: RM25,000.00 - RM50,000.00 per month
