About Us:
Season Retail Management SDN BHD is a fast-growing optical retail chain in Malaysia, known for offering quality eyewear and eye care services across our nationwide outlets. As we expand, we are looking for a proactive and experienced Supply Chain Manager / Assistant Manager to lead and enhance our procurement, inventory, and logistics processes — ensuring the right products are at the right place, at the right time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full supply chain cycle: procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution to retail outlets.
- Manage local and overseas suppliers for frames, lenses, contact lenses, accessories, and packaging materials.
- Forecast demand in collaboration with merchandising and retail operations to support campaigns and new launches.
- Plan stock allocation and replenishment for over 30 outlets nationwide, ensuring optimal stock levels and product availability.
- Monitor stock movement and turnover using inventory management systems (e.g., POS systems).
- Evaluate and onboard new vendors, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Optimize delivery lead times and cost efficiency for both inbound (import) and outbound logistics.
- Ensure documentation compliance with customs for imported goods (e.g., MITI, SIRIM, and duty-exempt items).
- Manage a small team and provide guidance in daily operational tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain or procurement, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Prior experience in retail (preferably optical, FMCG, or fashion) is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Malaysia’s customs clearance processes and import documentation is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP/inventory systems.
- Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage (for dealing with China-based suppliers).
- Based in Klang Valley, willing to travel to Johor warehouse or outlets when necessary.

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
