Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to manage and coordinate our supply chain activities, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services. The ideal candidate will work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and logistics partners to support smooth operations from procurement to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Plan and oversee inbound and outbound logistics to meet delivery schedules.
- Liaise with production, sales, and operations teams to align supply chain activities with business needs.
- Track and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and supplier performance.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
