Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to join our team. The intern will support various supply chain functions such as procurement, logistics, inventory management, and data analysis. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to real-world business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with procurement activities, including supplier communication and purchase order tracking.
- Support inventory management by updating stock records and assisting in cycle counts.
- Help coordinate logistics operations such as shipment tracking, freight scheduling, and carrier communication.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, delays, or cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist in creating and maintaining supply chain documentation (e.g., SOPs, flowcharts).
- Participate in process improvement initiatives within the supply chain function.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and production.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of supply chain principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.

Pay: Up to RM1,000.00 per month
