Supervisor Restaurant job scope:
1) Ensure customer satisfaction by following SOP and maintaining high quality food & service standards.
2) Work with team to ensure smooth daily operations in customer service and cashier duties.
3) Maintain cleanliness of cafe & restaurant
4) Stock check and ordering. Maintaining stock par level.
5) Assist outlet manager with daily operations.
