We are seeking motivated and capable Restaurant Managers to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will oversee a broad range of responsibilities—from guiding team members and maintaining exceptional service standards to supporting the company’s strategic objectives. Your primary goal is to boost revenue and sales by ensuring excellent guest experiences and cultivating a high-performing team.
Main Responsibilities
- Drive the restaurant toward meeting operational and financial objectives.
- Ensure top-tier service quality is consistently delivered by all staff.
- Manage workforce planning and duty rosters for smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate all aspects of restaurant workflow to improve overall efficiency.
- Uphold internal guidelines to maintain hygiene, quality, and a welcoming environment for guests.
- Spearhead efforts in sustainability, strengthen the brand’s visibility, and build positive community relations.
Job Requirements
- A Diploma or Degree in Food & Beverage Services, Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related discipline.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service with a willingness to grow and adapt.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking.
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
