Location: Uncle Lim Delivery Kulai Outlet

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations (dine-in, takeaway, delivery)
- Supervise and train service and kitchen staff
- Manage staff scheduling and attendance
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with central kitchen and suppliers
- Manage inventory and daily cash flow
- Ensure overall outlet performance meets targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B or restaurant management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to work independently and handle pressure
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of inventory and cost control
- Familiar with delivery platforms is a plus
- Able to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
