Ø Prepare project notice, conveying order requirements, key points, and difficulties to the back end departments through project notice, ensuring that relevant back end departments have a clear understanding of project requirements.
Ø Develop stock preparation schedules, specifying the completion time and person incharge for each link.
Ø Track internal design, ordering, production, trial assembly, packaging, and other stock preparation progress to ensure smooth project stocking and on time delivery.
Ø Complete stock information data statistics on time and as required, maintain order data in the system, and manage visas, etc.
Ø Update profiles usage lists, order summary tables, and pre-production scheduling tables weekly for other departments to prepare materials and schedule production.
