Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with 3rd party forwarding agents and internal departments on inbound and outbound shipments.
- Prepare and manage export/import documents such as Purchase Order (PO), Delivery Order (DO), Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (BL), Certificate of Origin (COO), and Customs Permit.
- Handle customs declaration and clearance processes for import/export shipments.
- Apply for COO and CA via MITI where necessary.
- Coordinate shipment bookings and delivery schedules with freight forwarders and transporters.
- Monitor and track shipment status, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of all shipping records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Assist with other logistics or administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a logistics/shipping role within a manufacturing or trading company.
- Knowledge in customs procedures and declaration is essential.
- Familiar with international shipping documentation and clearance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines independently.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
