Job Scope / Responsibilities:
- Prepare and arrange daily shipment schedules (local and export).
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and transport departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and courier services.
- Prepare shipping documents such as delivery orders, packing lists, invoices, and customs documentation.
- Monitor and update shipment tracking records.
- Ensure all shipments comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries related to shipping and delivery.
- Perform data entry, filing, and documentation control related to shipping activities.
- Assist in inventory checks when needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in shipping or logistics is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of import/export procedures is a plus.
