- To plan and manage jobs for shipping department based on schedule.
- To liaise with parties like shipping agent, freight forwarder, custom and others.
- To keep track on shipment status throughout the whole process.
- To provide solution and react when encounter problems related to shipping.
- To supervise subordinates and maintain department work efficiency.
- More than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this role.
