GO is a creative storytelling agency dedicated to crafting impactful narratives for brands. We’re expanding our dynamic Digital Team and looking for passionate Social Media talents to join us – whether you're an experienced strategist or an emerging content creator, we want to hear from you.
Available Roles:
1. Social Media Executive (1–2 years experience) (Salary undisclosed (Negotiable))
For digital-savvy creatives who love writing, content creation, and staying on top of social trends. You’ll support our campaigns, manage communities, and bring client brands to life online.
2. Social Media Manager (3+ years experience, preferably in an agency setting) (Salary undisclosed (Negotiable))
For seasoned professionals with a strategic mindset and leadership ability. You’ll drive content strategy, oversee campaign execution, mentor team members, and shape brand narratives across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content across platforms (FB, IG, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Manage client accounts and ensure brand consistency across all channels
* Monitor and manage social media ads and performance reporting
* Engage with audiences and handle community management across platforms
* Keep up with trends, tools, and social algorithms to elevate campaigns
* Collaborate with design, video, and client teams for campaign execution
* Provide strategic direction (Manager role) and support content creation (Executive role)
* Support and train junior team members (Manager role)
Requirements:
For Executive Role:
- 1+ year of experience in a similar digital/social role
- Strong writing and editing skills in English & BM
- Passion for social media, design, and content trends
- Experience with basic analytics and scheduling tools
- Collaborative and detail-oriented
For Manager Role:
- 3+ years of social media experience, preferably in an agency
- Strategic thinker with hands-on content and client management experience
- Excellent copywriting, analytical, and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage campaign outcomes
- Strong understanding of social KPIs, insights, and digital tools
