Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Copywriter to craft engaging, persuasive, and brand-aligned content for our social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital trends, brand voice consistency, and audience engagement strategies. This role requires excellent writing skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful content that drives online presence and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop clear, compelling, and creative copy for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.
- Collaborate with the creative team to pair copy with visuals, videos, and graphics.
- Research industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to optimize content performance.
- Write captions, ad copy, post descriptions, and headlines to maximize engagement and click-through rates.
- Adapt and repurpose content for different platforms while maintaining consistency.
- Monitor and respond to audience interactions in a timely and professional manner.
- Work with analytics teams to assess content performance and refine future strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in copywriting, preferably for social media.
- Able to commence immediate will be preferred.
- Excellent command of English (and other relevant languages, if applicable).
- Strong understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and SEO for social platforms.
- Ability to write in different tones and adapt to various audience segments.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and strong time management skills.
- Experience with social media management tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
