Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of construction sites.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
- Coordinate and supervise activities, including scheduling and resource allocation to optimize productivity.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
- Supervision and Staff Management:
- Supervise and direct construction workers, subcontractors, and other site personnel.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and building codes.
- Provide training and guidance to site staff.
- Communication and Client Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and subcontractors.
- Communicate project progress, issues, and updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Resource Management:
- Manage and allocate resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel.
- Ensure the provision and maintenance of equipment, organizing storage facilities.
- Quality Control:
- Monitor and ensure the quality of construction work.
- Identify and address any quality issues or defects.
- Safety Management:
- Ensure a safe working environment for all site personnel.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, issues, and resolutions.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required.
