About the role
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Shipping & Freight Customer Service (QUOTATION ENQUIRY) to join our team at KAGAYAKU LOGISTICS (M) SDN BHD. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients throughout their shipping needs. This full-time position is based in Seksyen 32, Shah Alam, Selangor.
What you'll be doing
- Handling shipping and freight inquiries from potential customers
- Providing detailed information about shipping services and processes
- Provide quotation to potential customer based on inquiries received
- Assisting customers with placing and tracking their orders
- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Continuously seeking opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 year of experience in a customer service in the logistics, shipping or freight forwarding industry
- Have strong knowledge in INCOTERMS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- A customer-centric mindset and a genuine passion for providing exceptional service
