Resident Architect (RA) / Project Architect

Position :-

• Resident Architect / Project Architect (1 position)

Location :-
Bestari Jaya, Selangor

Qualification :-

• Possess a qualified / recognized architectural degree with LAM (Part 2) / PAM
• Knowledge of construction method, Microsoft Project or equivalents.
• Minimum 8 years experience of similar capacity.
• Able to assist Principal Architect in Contract Administration, Documentation

and attend meetings.

• Familiar with government form of contract.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Experience in supervising and coordinating with Consultants, Site Staffs,

Contractors and others.

• Meticulous on construction quality and appearance.
• Duration of Work : 15 months
