Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT service desk or technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft 365, and standard business applications.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA, etc.).
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- ITIL Foundation certification (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
