Job Description:
- To handle front desk reception and attend to all visitors’ enquiries
- Prepare invoice and delivery orders, sales order, cash bill, etc.
- Checking data accuracy in invoices.
- Liaise with logistic department and customers to ensure timely deliveries.

- Process daily flow of purchase order received from customers via email, message and phone call.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Customer Service Oriented.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office and process basic accounting knowledge is added advantage.
- Proficient in writing and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin preferred.
- Have pleasant personality, responsible, self-motivated, willing to learn attitude, able to work independently and with good skills in handling customer services.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
