Responsibilities:
- Serve as the front desk contact, handling customer walk-ins and calls professionally.
- Assist in driving sales conversions by handling inquiries and promoting services.
- Maintain and manage customer records, payment tracking, and data confidentiality.
- Ensure the lobby and reception area are clean, safe, and welcoming.
- Support administrative tasks, ISO documentation, and company events as needed.
- Assist in business development and other initiatives when required.
Requirements:
- Working days: 5 days a week (Wednesday to Sunday) (9.30am - 6.30pm)
- Required languages: English
- Able to work well in teams
- Willing to learn and accept new challenges
- Work location: KL Eco City, KL
- Relevant experience is preferred (Fresh grads are encouraged to apply)
