- Handle incoming phone calls and WhatsApp messages, and manage appointment scheduling efficiently.
- Prepare prescribed medications with precision and process client payments accurately.
- Issue receipts and ensure payment amounts are correctly received and recorded.
- Confirm the accuracy of medications, products, and transaction amounts.
- Coordinate with laboratories to ensure timely sample collection.
- Keep the front desk and reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Interact comfortably and professionally with animals, as pets may occasionally be present at the front desk.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the clinic.
- Assist with animal restraint when required.
