Position : Regional Sales Support Specialist
Salary Range : up to RM 7,000
Location : Bangsar South, KL
Working Hours : Monday – Friday
Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to Sales leadership, including managing travel arrangements, preparing presentations, conducting market research, and submitting marketing or IT-related requests.
- Monitor the Sales department inbox, escalate key issues to the appropriate stakeholders, and assist with staff reimbursements and event-related payment reconciliations.
- Assist in organizing both online and offline meetings, training sessions, and field engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate sales-related training, webinars, and events by managing schedules, sending invitations, liaising with guest speakers, handling webinar recordings/playlists, and managing logistical details such as registration and transportation.
- Ensure all sales support activities comply with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in administrative or sales support roles; experience in the direct selling industry is a strong advantage.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills with a proactive approach.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and engaging interpersonal style.
- Capable of working cross-functionally and collaboratively in a diverse, multinational team environment.
- Adaptable and flexible in handling time-sensitive assignments, shifting priorities, and ambiguity.
- Meticulous and efficient in managing multiple tasks with great attention to detail.
