Indoor Sales Support Specialist

Salary range from FRM2000-2500++
We are seeking a highly qualified Sales Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a
critical part in providing valuable support to our sales representatives and effectively responding to customer and prospect queries.
Responsibilities:-
- To provide assistance to the sales team in terms of clerical and administrative duties (i.e.preparing quotations, answering customer’s enquiries and etc.).
- To perform ad hoc tasks as and when assigned and requested by the Management.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
- Provide data and guides to help the sales team
- Develop and monitor performance indicators
- Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
- Keep record of sales trends
- Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
- Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
Requirements:-
Candidate must possess at least SPM qualification or Diploma Certificate
The candidate must have a minimum of one (1) year of working experience. Fresh school leavers are encouraged to apply and on-the-job training will be provided.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
Excellent communication skills
Good command in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Salary : RM2000 – RM2500
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
