We are seeking a Sales Support Executive to assist our sales and customer success efforts in Malaysia.
The role involves pre-sales support, customer coordination, and close collaboration with the Indian
support team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both operational and client-facing responsibilities.
· Key Responsibilities:
- · Provide administrative and coordination support for all pre-sales activities.
- · Assist sales team in preparing proposals and conducting product demos.
- · Liaise with Indian support team to resolve customer issues.
- · Ensure timely response to client queries and provide necessary documentation.
- · Maintain accurate sales records, documentation, and CRM updates.
- · Support in organizing client meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
- · Occasionally work outside standard hours to support customers.
· Requirements:
- · 4 to 5 years of experience in sales support or a customer-facing support role.
- · Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malay.
- · Basic knowledge of accounting is preferred.
- · Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and demonstrate products.
- · Organized, detail-oriented, and independent.
- · Willing to travel and flexible with working hours.
- · Chinese-speaking candidates will have an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,810.00 - RM8,303.27 per month
