About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the in-store presence and visibility of our products, ensuring they are displayed in an engaging and effective manner. This is a full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur.
What you'll be doing
- Responsible for the effective merchandising and stock management of our products in assigned retail stores
- Ensure optimal product placement, pricing, and promotional displays to drive sales and create an appealing in-store experience for customers
- Collaborate with store managers and staff to maintain a neat, organised, and visually appealing product presentation
- Monitor stock levels and replenish products as needed to maintain proper inventory levels
- Collect and report on key performance indicators, such as sales figures and inventory data
- Provide feedback and recommendations to the marketing and sales teams to improve product merchandising and performance
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar merchandising or retail sales role
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual merchandising
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with store personnel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and merchandising goals
- Basic understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and product display best practices
