Store Keeper
- Experienced in F&B stock and product management as storekeeper.
- Responsible for general and department-specific, routine, daily store activities, including processing postings, supplies receipt and distribution, carry out inventories and inventory control activities, and may manage purchase and change orders.
- Know well about food gred and how to sort.
Halal Executive
- Experience in Halal Certification process and audit
- Experience in HACCP certification process
- Attended HACCP training
- Ensure end-to-end halal compliance in procurement, production, storage, and distribution.
- Liaise with halal certification bodies (e.g., JAKIM) for audits, renewals, and updates.
- Manage and maintain halal-related documentation.
- Conduct regular internal halal audits and inspections.
- Evaluate and approve raw materials, ingredients, and suppliers from a halal perspective.
- Monitor any changes in product formulations, suppliers, or processes that may impact halal status.
- Ensure proper segregation and traceability of halal and non-halal materials.
- Prepare and submit documentation required for initial and renewal halal certifications.
- Stay updated on halal standards and regulations.
