Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of sales consultant.
Achieve sales targets set by the company.
Develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Qualification & Required Skill:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field.
At least 5 years in sales related job, preferable in IT.
Strong managerial, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency Microsoft Office. Experience in using CRM software is an advantage.
