Role Summary: As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with retail customers, developing strategic sales plans, and driving sales of the company.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will work closely with customers at all levels to ensure high satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain robust working relationships with retail customers at all levels, including senior management, purchasing, accounts, and technical departments.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis within the assigned territory to identify opportunities for increased sales and profitability.
- Implement and maintain effective fleet account management plans through regular check-ins and engagement.
- Analyze sales data and customer profitability to propose strategies for new account penetration and brand conquest.
- Follow up on customer issues and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Manage and accurately update customer details within the CRM system.
- Respond to tender calls, conduct diligent follow-ups, and develop winning strategies.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets.
- Expand business opportunities with existing and new customers, regulators, and industry partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing valuable feedback and recommendations to management.
Key Targets and Results:
- Achieve annual volume plans and customer penetration targets.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Contribute significantly to key performance indicators (KPIs) including Volvo Financial

Services penetration, service agreements, and Volvo Connect penetration.
- Deliver consistently high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
- Achieve other KPIs as set by the organization.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Management or a similar relevant field.
- 3–6 years of proven premium product sales experience, with a strong preference for experience within the truck industry.
- Strong sales management and customer account management skills.
- Excellent networking and selling abilities; a true team player.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
