Duties and Responsibilities
· Proactive engage with potential customers and understand their property requirements and provide relevant information about our projects.
· Conduct property viewings and presentations to showcase the unique features and benefits of our projects.
· Actively participate in property launches, roadshows, events, other marketing activities and sales gallery duties.
· Closely follow-up with potential customers and efficiently arrange appointments.
· Monitor and track the entire sales process from initial lead to successful final conversion.
· Build and maintain good relationships with potential and existing customers to increase customer base and foster loyalty.
Requirements
· Experience: 2 - 3 years of property sales experience preferred. Fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills and passion for sales are welcome to apply.
· Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Mandarin. You should be a motivated, results-oriented, and proactive team player who can also work independently to meet sales goals.
· Technical Skills: Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
· Others: Must be able to work during weekends and public holidays and have own transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
