What You’ll Do:
- Proactively identify, engage, and qualify prospective students for MICLOH’s executive education programs (e.g., Executive Degrees and EMBA) through cold calling, WhatsApp, social media inquiries, referrals, and existing lead databases.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand the professional goals of potential participants and recommend the most suitable program based on their background and needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle independently — from first contact, program explanation, objection handling, follow-up, to securing registration and payment.
- Develop a strong understanding of each program’s structure, benefits, learning outcomes, and accreditation in order to clearly articulate the value proposition.
- Build and nurture trust-based relationships with prospective students, guiding them through the decision-making process with professionalism and empathy.
- Ensure timely and supportive after-sales follow-up to confirm enrollment, support onboarding, and maintain high satisfaction levels for long-term engagement or referrals.
- Update and maintain CRM records for all leads and client interactions to ensure visibility into the sales pipeline and accurate reporting.
- Collaborate closely with training, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth coordination across the sales-to-onboarding journey.
Who We’re Looking For
- Enjoys engaging with people and has the confidence to speak with working professionals, HR leaders, and business owners via phone, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
- Prior experience in tele-sales, inside sales, education marketing, or online program enrollment is an advantage — but not required if you are willing to learn and grow.
- Experience in the education, training, consulting, or HR-related industry is a bonus.
- Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin is essential, as the role involves engaging with clients and delivering program information primarily in Mandarin. Proficiency in English is also required to support internal coordination and communication.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented, able to follow up with leads consistently and meet enrollment targets.
- Collaborative and dependable team player, with a positive attitude and a growth mindset.
- Tertiary education (Diploma or Degree) is an added advantage, but passion, attitude, and people skills matter most.
