What you'll be doing Performing quality inspections and testing to identify and address any defects or issues Monitoring and documenting the quality of materials, workmanship and processes Collaborating with project managers, construction teams and suppliers to implement quality control measures Preparing detailed quality control reports and maintaining comprehensive records Identifying opportunities for process improvements and making recommendations to enhance quality Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations and industry standardsWhat we're looking for Proven experience in a quality control or assurance role within the construction industry Strong technical knowledge of construction materials, methods and quality standards Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and regulations Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
