Job Description
- Create accountability for profitable sales growth results
- Achieve restaurants financial goals, including but not limited to overall sales growth, close ratios, and private dining sales
- Evaluating and critically analyzing all events including seeking customer feedback & customer satisfaction
- Overseeing the designing and set up for all event collateral, promotion, and process flow
- Liaising with clients from the beginning to the end, and also attending the event to ensure that it goes smoothly
- Responsible for all projects and events budgets from the beginning to the end
- Managing the budget to ensure the event doesn’t cost more than originally planned
- Communicating with all operation staff and clients before, during and after the event
- Responsible for the satisfaction of clients or customers by ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery
- Developing new customer pools in order to get wedding banquet, annual dinners, functions bookings, etc. for the purpose of boosting company profits
- Preparing proposals for clients and maintaining well-organized event records
- Handling problems that arise to help the event go off smoothly
- Develop sales plan, ensure efficiency and effectiveness o the execution to capture new market share and generate higher sales revenue
- Develop strong customer relationships across all levels and identify potential synergies to further build strategic partnerships with potential customers
- Provide accurate guidance and advice to potential and existing customers on the products and services available, offering a range of solutions appropriate to customer's need
- Presenting the sales report to management from time to time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
