Project Manager (Events)
Your Impactful Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the entire lifecycle of event projects, from initial ideation to seamless execution, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned and executed to perfection.
- Foster strong collaborations with clients, vendors, and internal teams, fostering a cohesive and efficient working environment to guarantee the successful delivery of each event.
- Efficiently manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, utilizing your exceptional organizational skills to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Develop innovative strategies that elevate event experiences, exceed client expectations, and leave a lasting impression on attendees.
- Conduct comprehensive post-event analyses to evaluate outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies for continuous enhancement and success.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of related experience, an added advantage if you are in the event industry
- Strong ability in relationship-building and establishing communication lines with key individuals
- Proven ability to establish and maintain customer trust
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
