Role Overview:
As Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind daily operations, team motivation, and exceptional guest experiences. You’ll ensure smooth service, efficient workflows, and a happy, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations (FOH & BOH)
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness
- Train, motivate, and schedule team members
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure speed and consistency in service
- Plan promotions and support marketing initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor (F&B industry preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine a plus, but not mandatory
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
