Job Title:
Main Admin / Admin Executive (Full-Time)

Salary:
RM 1,800– RM 2,300 / month
(depending on experience & responsibility)
Job Description:
We are looking for a Main Admin who is organised, responsible and confident in handling all day-to-day admin tasks — including project tracking, invoicing, e-Invoice (LHDN), and supplier/client coordination.
This is not a junior role — you'll be working directly with the owner to keep operations smooth, documents clean, and sales recorded.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare & manage quotation, invoice, DO, PO
- Handle e-Invoice submission (LHDN) & basic GST/SST understanding
- Track project orders, timelines, supplier coordination
- Liaise with clients via WhatsApp, call & email
- Record sales, expenses, claims, receipts
- Maintain digital file system (Google Drive / WhatsApp Web)
- Follow up payments, update cashflow sheet
- Coordinate stock list, material orders, staff work log
- Deal with external accountant when needed (monthly tax/report)
Requirements:
- Diploma in Admin / Business / Accounting
- 2+ years experience in admin, preferably in SME
- Strong skills in Excel, WhatsApp, Google Docs
- Familiar with basic accounting (invoice, claim, tax)
- Fast learner & can work independently
- Fluent in BM, simple English
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 9.00am – 6.00pm
- Saturday: 9.00am – 5.00pm
