- Oversee the overall operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth service and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service.
- Supervise, train, and manage staff, including chefs, servers, and kitchen crew, to improve efficiency and performance.
- Plan staff schedules and ensure adequate workforce availability at all times.
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders as needed to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and provide solutions to enhance their dining experience.
- Control operational costs, including food and labor expenses, to ensure profitability and financial stability.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, promotions, and menu improvements to attract more customers.
- Communicate with the restaurant owner regarding business performance, challenges, and improvement suggestions.
- Ensure the restaurant complies with all health, safety, and business regulations.
